1. Shipping & Warehousing
Where are items located?
Our offices are located in the United States, and our manufacturing facility is in China. Your package may ship from either China or the USA to your destination depending on local stock availability.
- If the US warehouse is out of stock, your order will ship directly from our China warehouse.
- Currently, we operate two warehouses worldwide to serve our US customers.
2. Delivery Timelines
How long will it take to deliver my order?
- Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Processing Time: Minimum 1–3 weeks. All of our products are made or assembled to order. Some specific fixtures may take up to 12 weeks to arrive.
Changes to Expected Delivery Date
If events outside our or our shipping partners’ control occur, we will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date. If we cannot deliver your order within 90 days, we will:
- Inform you;
- Cancel your order;
- Refund your payment in full.
3. Specific Date Requests & Expedited Shipping
While we do our best to meet tight deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once a package ships, the courier is responsible for timely delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer DHL or FedEx expedited shipping for an additional fee. Delivery can be as fast as 7–12 days. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- In-Transit Policy: If your order doesn’t arrive by your specified date, we cannot offer a refund while it is in transit. To receive a refund, you must return the order to us once received.
4. Address Errors or Changes
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages, misdeliveries, or fees caused by incorrect addresses.
- We cannot guarantee a successful address change after an order is placed.
- If an address change is requested after shipping, carriers (Postal or EMS) generally charge a modification fee. If you change the address yourself and incur fees, we will invoice you for that amount to balance the accounts.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If a light fixture is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement for free.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found:
- It is likely nearby or still on the courier's truck; please wait 24 hours.
- You are responsible for contacting the courier and requesting a “tracing” service.
- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must file a tracing request and confirm the package is officially lost—all within 7 days of the delivery date. After that period, we are unable to file claims.
6. Reshipping and Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failed delivery attempts):
- Reshipping: This is a paid service. We will invoice you for the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
- Refunds: If you no longer want the package, we will issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling losses.
- Notice: You must respond within 30 days of us receiving the item back to arrange reshipping or a refund.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
In most cases, our packages clear customs without additional fees. However, any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
