Shipping
Where are items located?
- Our offices are located in the United States, and our manufacturing facility is in China.
- Your package may ship from either China or the USA to your destination.
- If the US warehouse is out of stock, your order will ship from our China warehouse.
- Currently, we have two warehouses worldwide.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Most orders are delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Changes to Expected Delivery Date
If events outside our or our shipping partners’ control occur and cause a delay or prevent delivery on the original estimated date/time, we or our partners will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date. Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. If we can’t deliver your order within 90 days, we will:
- a) Inform you;
- b) Cancel your order; and
- c) Refund your payment.
I need my item by a specific date!
While we will do our best to meet tight deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once a package ships, the courier is responsible for ensuring timely delivery. We highly recommend ordering early to avoid any unexpected delays.
We can offer DHL or FedEx expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote before ordering. With expedited service, delivery can be as fast as 7-12 days.
If your order doesn’t arrive by your specified date, we cannot offer a refund while it is in transit. To receive a refund, you will need to return your order to us.

Address Errors or Changes
Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, misdeliveries, or fees caused by incorrect addresses. We cannot guarantee a successful address change after your order is placed.
If you need to change an address, postal or EMS carriers generally charge a fee for modifications. If the new address is far from the original, extra redelivery fees may also apply.
If you want us to change the address with the post office or EMS on your behalf, we’ll send you an invoice so you can pay the additional charges. If you change the address yourself and incur extra fees from the carrier, we’ll send you an invoice for the same amount to balance the accounts. While the invoice is issued by us, full payment will be sent to the post office or EMS on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding; although we will cover losses caused by our own mistakes, we cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If no signature is required, the courier will determine whether the package can be left securely. If a signature is required, the courier will attempt to obtain one at your address or nearby. If no one is available, they may leave a note with further instructions. Always check your tracking info for the latest delivery details.
If a package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered and is returned to us, we will offer reshipping services. Reshipping is a paid service, with shipping fees based on the size and weight of your fixture.
If a light fixture is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement for free.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, it is likely nearby or still on the courier's truck. Typically, it will arrive the following day. If it is still missing, you are responsible for contacting the courier and requesting a “tracing” service. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must file a tracing request and confirm that the package is officially lost—all within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. After that period, we are unable to file claims with carriers for lost or stolen items.
Didn’t Receive Your Package?

The courier will attempt one delivery. If the package cannot be delivered (e.g., unable to obtain a signature or an incorrect address), FedEx may hold it at their local facility for a short time, then return it to us. FedEx will apply a return shipping charge. We do not cover fees related to items returned due to non-delivery.
If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. If you want your package resent, we will email you an invoice for both the FedEx return shipping fee and the reshipping fee. If you no longer want the package, we will issue a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling losses.
